Junior visualizer: You should be a good illustrator with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a creative agency.
Senior Art Director: You are full of ideas and like to dabble in animation. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are your left hand’s play. You should have a minimum of five years experience at a leading advertising agency.
DTP: Good knowledge of creating artworks. Well versed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. With 4-5 year’s experience, you should be familiar with Mac platforms.
Copy writer: You should be able to think up original ideas or at least copy intelligently (your inspiration should not crop up on the very first Google search). You should have a flair for the language and hopefully know the difference between colloquial and Queen’s English. Experience in digital advertising (not content writing), traditional media (the old fashioned print, television and film) would work pretty well. Ability to decode IT speak into language that people understand, would really go a long way.
Senior writer: Same as the above but with about five years of being seasoned with the usual advertising routine. Having won a few awards will not be held against you, long as they are yours.

You should have 2-3 years of experience in advertising, with a good understanding of both offline and online client servicing requirements and capable of handling multinational digital brands.
